Meet The Team

Jeanette is the founder and attorney behind Ohio Heritage Law LLC, a Wadsworth-based law firm focused exclusively on estate planning, estate administration, and elder law. She helps individuals and families create thoughtful, personalized plans that protect what matters most and bring clarity and peace of mind.

Jeanette’s approach is relationship-driven and client-centered. She believes that navigating estate and elder law matters should feel accessible—not overwhelming—and works closely with clients to guide them through important decisions with confidence and care.

Before becoming an attorney, Jeanette worked as a school psychologist, where she developed a deep understanding of family dynamics, advocacy, and navigating complex systems. That experience continues to shape how she supports clients today—meeting them where they are and helping them make informed, meaningful choices.

Her passion for this work is also deeply personal. After losing her father at a young age, Jeanette understands firsthand how unexpected life events can impact a family. She is committed to helping others prepare in a way that provides stability, protection, and peace of mind.

Jeanette is active in the Wadsworth community and serves in volunteer and leadership roles with local organizations including Main Street Wadsworth, Wadsworth Rotary Club, and the Soprema Senior Center. She is dedicated to building strong relationships and supporting the families and businesses that make up her community.

Sierra is the legal administrative assistant at Ohio Heritage Law and is often the first person clients connect with when they reach out to our office. She plays an important role in keeping the office running smoothly behind the scenes. Her organization attention to detail helps ensure that appointments, documents, and client matters are handled carefully and efficiently

Originally from Deerfield, Ohio, Sierra has a background in the financial services industry, specifically working with donor advised funds.  She is excited to bring her operational experience to Ohio Heritage Law

Sierra lives in Medina county and spends most of her time outside the office wrangling in her dog, Roni, and cat, Nectarine.  She also enjoys baking and reading (one of her favorite series is The Dark Tower by Stephen King).

She is thrilled to be part of the Ohio Heritage Law team and to be helping clients build the peace of mind they deserve.

Amanda is a paralegal at Ohio Heritage Law, where she works closely with attorney Jeanette Mullett-Meisel to help clients move through their legal matters with clarity and confidence.

Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Meredith College in Raleigh, NC. Originally from the Outer Banks of North Carolina, she now resides in Wadsworth with her four children and flock of backyard chickens.  

Amanda brings great care and passion to her work.  She enjoys being part of a team that helps families protect what matters most and create plans that bring peace of mind for the future.
