This meeting is where we begin implementing your estate plan. We will walk you through key decisions and confirm your instructions on matters such as:

• Who you want making decisions if you can’t
• How you want to divide and protect your assets
• What special priorities you have (like caring for children, pets, or loved ones with unique needs)

Once we've walked through all relevant decisions and you're ready to move forward, we'll collect payment for your legal services at this meeting and begin drafting your custom estate plan.

We explain everything in plain English and never rush you.

This meeting finalizes your estate plan. You will review and sign your legal documents in accordance with all required formalities, ensuring they are properly executed and legally effective.

You’ll receive your plan in a custom, beautifully organized binder, designed to:

• Give your loved ones clear direction in an emergency
• Help you feel confident and at peace, knowing it’s all taken care of

We also scan and retain a digital backup copy in our secure system.  We can always reproduce any of your documents if they are ever lost or damaged.  

We handle recording any property documents (like Deeds and Transfer on Death designations), so they actually work the way you intend.
