Why I Do This Work

When I was just seven years old, my father passed away unexpectedly. That loss changed the course of my family’s life—and eventually shaped the path I would take as an attorney. I know firsthand how important it is to plan ahead for the unexpected.

Today, I help individuals, families, and business owners across Ohio create estate plans that protect what matters most, preserve assets, and provide lasting peace of mind.

A Unique Perspective Rooted in Advocacy

Before becoming an estate planning attorney, I spent over 15 years as a school psychologist and school administrator advocating for children with disabilities. That experience strengthened my skills in problem-solving, collaboration, and navigating emotionally complex situations—skills I now use every day to help clients make thoughtful, informed decisions about their legal and financial futures.
